Automatic credit returns
If an analysis fails, stops before finishing, or is declined as out of scope, the credit it used is returned to your balance automatically. You can see this on the analysis page.
Unused credits
You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from it. After you start using a pack, you can request a refund for the unused credits within 14 days of purchase, prorated by the price you paid.
Quality concerns
If an analysis was clearly broken (for example, it ignored your question), contact us and we will return the credit.
How to request a refund
Email tanmay.avinash.deshpande@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
