Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Trade-off Analyzer (the "Service"), operated by Tanmay Deshpande ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them.
The Service
The Service uses AI models to produce architecture and technology trade-off analyses from the information you provide. Output is generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. It is decision support, not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying it and for any decision you make.
Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service.
Credits and payment
New accounts may receive a small number of free analyses, subject to daily capacity. Additional analyses are sold as prepaid credits through Stripe. One credit runs one analysis. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share, including confidential information belonging to your employer or clients.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to generate harmful content.
- Do not attempt to extract the Service’s prompts, methodology or underlying configuration, or to bypass usage limits.
- Do not automate access or create multiple accounts to obtain additional free analyses.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit and of the analyses produced for you. You give us permission to process your content to provide the Service. The Service itself, including its methodology, is ours.
Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. We may change or discontinue the Service; if we discontinue it, we will refund unused paid credits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
